She has deployed technology solutions in healthcare, working with suppliers in implementing innovative technology including GS1 solutions to underpin service transformational programmes. Cara Finnigan

Cara is a highly experienced Change and Transformation professional. She has worked at programme director and manager level developing, leading and facilitating complex healthcare change programmes within the NHS. She has worked in acute, community and mental health trusts as well as across entire health and social care communities. In all she has delivered transformation.

Redesigning multiple patient care pathways, implementing new technology, developing innovatory solutions to complex problems, working with executive boards to envisage future possibilities and develop strategies and plans for their delivery.  With a clinical background, she has a ‘shop floor’ insight on the impact of change on clinicians and is passionate about working with groups of clinicians and others to deliver tangible improvements on healthcare delivery.

She has a proven track record of delivery with over 20 years’ experience and expertise of delivering transformational programmes and projects.

Richard Towers

Richard has worked for 20 years as a management consultant in both the private sector and all parts of the public sector, focusing on health for the last ten years.

Richard brings to the health sector a wide range of experience and skills, gained in his consultancy work and public sector career as a senior manager. His main background is in organisational development, with experience of project and programme management, governance, manager development and senior level recruitment, for which he has written sector standard manuals.

His early training in engineering has given Richard a rigorous, analytical approach to problem solving.
