Anne is passionate about enabling clients realise the full business and clinical benefits by adopting the right innovative technology solutions that make real tangible differences for clinicians and staff in healthcare. By supporting healthcare organisations and professionals improve the operational performance and quality care provision with effective change management. Working with innovative technology solutions including AI on unstructured clinical data with smart AI algorithmic tools to generate SNOMED coding and expose indicators from electronic clinical narrative, real time patient flow solution with whiteboard task management to enhance the workflow and management of patient pathways, healthcare analytics to model data with simulation to inform strategic and operational decision, and using predictive modelling to redesign healthcare and clinical services.

Sandra Busari RGN – Clinical / Business
Sandra has worked in both private and NHS healthcare across clinical and operational business management including business development and back office support. She has operational and clinical management experience of patient pathways across multi health organisations supported with effective change management knowledge of implementing technology, benefits realization and clinical transformation. She has a real understanding of clinical requirements to support effective change and successful deployment of solutions to improve business and clinical processes with configured technology solutions in healthcare. She has worked in business development across a number of innovative technology healthcare solutions that derive real benefits for clinicians, operational teams to support optimum patient care.
Sandra is a qualified registered nurse and worked in a variety of nursing / CNS / Clinical Lead roles in the NHS and private and also as Compliance and quality assurance Officer at The London Orthopaedic Clinic.
Elizabeth Hunter RGN, MSc – Clinical / Business
Elizabeth is a healthcare transformation consultant who brings to her consultancy work a powerful combination of clinical, healthcare policy, business process and computer expertise. Her clinical and healthcare management experience benefits the change management transformation process, which includes understanding patient pathways and flow management, by providing the translation from the users perspective to the IT systems perspective. Elizabeth understands from a shop floor point of view how the clinical space can be transformed. She has worked at project manager level delivering complex programmes and projects in the NHS, Private Healthcare sector and Independent sector.
Elizabeth is a qualified registered nurse and continues to maintain her clinical experience with regular work in Paediatrics, Maternity, Gynaecological. Previously has been an active member of the RCN Inform Group and BCS Health Informatics London and South East.
Joanne Hannah MBA – Change Management
Joanne is a highly experienced non-executive director, executive director, and energetic leader with a track record of advising and collaborating with governing bodies and executive teams on strategy, governance and business transformation initiatives within the NHS, Medical Royal College network, sport and academia. Creates value through leading transformation programmes, strategic planning, translating opportunities into income, and designing agile workforces to deliver strategic priorities. As a trained mediator and coach, Joanne’s main emphasis is always on the people side of change. She is adept at shaping how organisations design and develop workforces to attract talent, build individual capabilities, and construct high learning and performing teams for the wider benefit of creating healthier societies.

Joy Williams MSC/PGDIP – Medical/Radionuclide Imaging
Joy is a practicing Advanced Practitioner Diagnostic Radiographer that specialises in Nuclear Medicine including some Image reporting. She currently is the Nuclear Medicine Therapy Service Lead, a qualified Myocardial Perfusion Imaging Stress Lead and qualified in Radiopharmacy, with some Good Clinical Practice International Standards knowledge. Joy participates in functional imaging with modality evolving hybrid gamma cameras, producing SPECT/CT, improving diagnosis, and complimentary to other Clinical imaging modalities. She works with a passion for quality healthcare provision and service improvements that directly impact patient care and has operational expertise of patient pathways. Joy brings knowledge of understanding healthcare systems and what approach works to implement sustainable change, and has participated in the planning and future proofing of healthcare facilitates including an Isolation Thyroid Cancer suite for Radioiodine Ablation and Therapy. Joy has been involved in the development of the Nuclear Medicine Thyroid, Benign and Cancer, Therapy Service and helped amalgamate all the Nuclear Medicine Therapies under one service, supporting enhanced service provision across a number of specialties involving multidisciplinary teams.
